⭘ Under the context of the urban renewal of the Pearl River Delta region in the stock era, this evaluation study on the post-exhibition space focuses on the sustainable utilization of the post-exhibition space of the Shenzhen Bi-city Biennale of Urbanism and Architecture (UABB), and evaluates the spatial transformation, upgrading and revitalization of the exhibition area with the help of the UABB. For example, OCT-Loft, the first and the fourth exhibition venue, has transformed into the pioneer of the city's cultural and creative industrial park after two exhibitions, and the industrial infrastructure of the float glass plant has been regenerated, which all embody the added value and spillover effect of the exhibitions on this city. The evaluation on the post-exhibition space is to evaluate the social performance of the spatial development influences of the exhibitions, as well as completing the closed loop of "feedback and adjustment".
